Bales' Humanitarian of the Year Award
HISTORY OF THE BALES' HUMANITARIAN AWARD
The Clark County Chapter of the American Red Cross presented its first Humanitarian of the Year Award in 1998 to Walter T. and Hazel Bales. Since that time, the Award has been called the Bales' Humanitarian Award in honor of their selfless and enduring commitment to this community.
