Health & Safety Training Classes
The Clark County Chapter provides training for emergency response skills through Red Cross certification classes. Each class is taught by Red Cross certified teachers and provides the latest in skills and scientific techniques to help students learn how to be prepared to respond to a potential life-threatening situation.
Our class schedule for 2009-10 is available on the calendar.
We have three Instructor Training Courses set for the up-coming year. If you are interested in becoming a Red Cross Lay Responder Instructor, contact us at the Chapter for more details. Call 812-283-8416 or e-mail ccrc.cpr@insightbb.com.
Blended Learning
A relatively new learning system is now available to students for three classes as well. Blended Learning allows students to complete the written portion of a class on-line, then attend an in-Chapter skills session to complete the skills portion of the class. Currently, Adult CPR/AED, Infant CPR/Child CPR-AED and First Aid are available through Blended Learning.
